The Centre for Youth Ministry is committed to protecting your personal information from the time when you make it available to us.  The Centre for Youth Ministry is registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner according to the Data Protection Act 1998 to process personal data relating to its students and other contacts in order to carry out its normal administration. This data, which may relate to ethnicity and disability, is stored and processed for various administrative, academic and health and safety reasons, and it may be used by the Centre for Youth Ministry for its own marketing purposes.

The data collected is processed in accordance with the Act and will only be used for the purposes for which you have agreed to make it available. No personal data will be made released to third parties for any other purpose unless the Centre for Youth Ministry is required to do so by the provisions stipulated under the Data Protection Act 1998 or an appropriate authority acting under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
