Covid-19 Update (August 2020)

CYM has had to take the decision not to recruit new students for the 2020-21 academic year.

This decision has been taken having monitored and re-evaluated the restrictions for teaching in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the conditions for practice-based learning and the impact this has had on a viable cohort of students to commence studies in Autumn 2020.

If you would like advice on equivalent courses that are available this year then please check the UK Christian Training Consortium’s web site for some options.

You may also wish to consider deferring your entry for when we anticipate our courses recommence in October 2021 (although this will be dependent on agreements with our academic partners). If you do wish to defer, then please contact us and we will include you in circulation of information about applications for 2021 as soon as they are available.

We offer both full awards and Continuing Professional Development options at all levels, with validation of our BA and MA degrees being provided by our partners Newman University, Birmingham.

Our Youth Work degrees are also endorsed as a JNC qualification by the National Youth Agency on behalf of the Education and Training Standards Committee. We have a wide range of optional modules and units available, please contact us for further information on particular subject areas
